By accessing haviq.io, joining the waitlist, or installing the HAV-IQ managed package, you agree to these Terms of Service. HAV-IQ™ is a brand operated by Winspire LLC, a California limited liability company ("Winspire", "we", "us", "HAV-IQ").
HAV-IQ provides a Salesforce-native DevOps platform including metadata deployment, data deployment, AI-assisted code review, and related services. Specific features, pricing, and availability may change with notice.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business operations. You may NOT:
All software, designs, trademarks (including "HAV-IQ™"), logos, documentation, and related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Winspire and its licensors. The Service is licensed, not sold, to you. You retain ownership of your data; we do not claim rights to your Salesforce metadata or records.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, secrets, and admin credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@haviq.io of any unauthorized use.
Pricing is published on haviq.io and may be updated with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Usage-based charges (HAV Tokens, AI Tokens) are billed monthly. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are issued only for errors attributable to us; disputes must be filed within 30 days of invoice date.
Free tier has usage caps (currently 50 HAV Tokens / 500 AI Tokens per month). Exceeding the cap results in service pause until the next billing cycle or upgrade. Free tier is provided "as is" with no SLA.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the portal. Salesforce-native features depend on your own org availability. Enterprise contracts may define custom SLAs.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including (but not limited to) fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winspire from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data. Salesforce metadata never leaves your org.
You may cancel at any time via the portal or by emailing info@haviq.io. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms with notice proportionate to the breach. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery, then deleted.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, with the exception of small-claims court matters. Class actions are waived.
